This was a utility program that is used to access settings in a Japanese arcade prize crane machine which use the "Aruze Core Board System." These machines are equipped with a small remote controller that uses infrared communication, "POCKET MANAGER," which allows users to easily adjust the prize acquisition rate and service from outside, and "CHANCE UP," which automatically adjusts the prize acquisition rate. Various adjustments can be made without touching the board.
