Lady Agatha invited people close to her to celebrate her birthday at her mansion. However, throughout the night, someone among these people poisoned her. The poison takes a random amount of time to act, so even though we know she died at the end of the night, we can't know when she was poisoned. The only thing we know is that the person who committed the crime managed to get Lady Agatha alone at some point during the night, to have put poison in her drink without witnesses, while she was distracted. To assist the investigation, detective Leafar has an incredible device, the Alethioscope. If a person willingly provides a recent memory, Alethioscope allows you to observe about 30 minutes of events surrounding that memory from the person's point of view. Used in this way, it is possible to observe up to 3 memories per person. If the detective knew who to accuse, he could also use the Alethioscope once forcibly, accusing the person so that they think back to the time of the crime. If she is truly guilty, the detective will see the crime scene. If she is innocent, the stress placed on Alethioscope will break it, and it will be impossible to solve the case.
